First 15 minutes
- We look at the problem and tell you plainly what is wrong
- Fixed inside those 15 minutes? That is all you pay
- Needs longer? We tell you the cost before carrying on
In-home support
Per hour, one-hour minimum
- A technician comes to your home, anywhere in Nassau County
- We stay until it works, and show you what we did
- Any parts are quoted before we fit them

Who we are
Bloom Tech Support has been doing this since 2025 on St. Simons Island, Georgia, where we have finished more than five hundred jobs for people who mostly did not enjoy asking for help with a computer.
Amelia Island is new for us, and it is run by a technician who lives here. Same approach: patience, plain language, and no one made to feel slow for asking the same question twice.
